Lyudmila Ivanovna Bragina (Людмила Ивановна Брагина) (born 24 July 1943) is a former Soviet middle distance runner. She was born in Sverdlovsk and trained at Dynamo in Krasnodar.

She competed for the USSR in the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany in the 1500 metres where she won the Gold medal. Bragina had beaten the World Record in the discipline three times there, in addition to setting it in July in Moscow. The same year Bragina was awarded Order of the Red Banner of Labour. She also set three World Records in the 3000 metres between 1972 and 1976.
